What?

Challenge: Truck drivers need a mobile app to streamline their workflow, as they struggle with complex and fragmented systems.

Solution: Designed an intuitive app for truck drivers to manage settlements, access real-time dispatching, and estimate weekly revenue with clear financial summaries—all in a seamless, user-friendly experience.

Distilling key pain points from user and stakeholder interviews.

Drawing insights from interviews and discussions on current pain points and frustrations, we developed a Human-Centered Design strategy and wireframes to ensure truck drivers can easily access what they need.

With minimal initial brand guidelines, the design was reimagined to introduce a fresh, innovative visual direction, enhancing the overall aesthetic and brand identity.

Owners have an intuitive navigation system to track recent fleet activity, monitor driver details, review key statistics, and access essential safety protocols.

Drivers receive real-time dispatch updates and navigation guidance, ensuring efficient route planning and streamlined logistics management.
